  ScreenStyle does NOT sell or rent our customers names, addresses or e-mail addresses to anyone. The obvious exception is if you subscribe to Creative Screenwriting through us, then we send your mailing information to Creative Screenwriting.
• If you purchase software such as Final Draft from us, that later releases a free upgrade or patch, we may e-mail you regarding that important information.
• If you ever get e-mail or newsletters from us and you DO NOT want to continue receiving these messages, simply reply with the word REMOVE in the subject line and we will remove your name from our e-mail lists.

Ordering from ScreenStyle

• Credit card orders are accepted on-line, by fax or, by phone. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express (AMEX), and Discover.
• We now accept PAYPAL. You can send us a PayPal payment to info@screenstyle.com
• Money orders will be accepted. We do take personal checks but will hold them up to 10 days to make sure they are cleared.
• PLEASE MAKE CHECKS OUT TO BIG SCREEN SOFTWARE. Please mail them to us at: Big Screen Software, 11 Beach Street, Suite 410, New York, NY 10013
• All orders outside the U.S.A. should be credit card orders.

• Ordering over the internet is safe, easy, and totally secure. When you order from ScreenStyle over the internet, you connect with Yahoo Store's secure server which protects your credit card and personal information.
• Shortly after placing your order on-line, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of the order you entered on-line.

• Our phone hours are approximately from 9:00 A.M. - 5:30 P.M. Monday - Friday (except for major national holidays).
• Voice Mail messages are accepted 24 hours each day, seven days each week. Call 1-888-627-8812. Our fax number is 1-419-793-2305.

• We ship by Ground FedEx, FedEx Express, or the USPS.
• We are responsible for any damage or losses incurred in shipping.
• Most orders are shipped out the same day if received by 3 p.m. E.S.T.
• We do ship to PO Boxes, but please allow an extra day for us to ship your order. For orders to PO Boxes, we must physically take your order to the post office.
• FREE SHIPPING is available inside the continental United States for orders over $25. FREE SHIPPING Orders are shipped by U.S. Media Mail. These orders take 10-14 days.
• If you select Ground Shipping, we will ship either by Ground FedEx or USPS. We choose our shipping methods based on cost, speed, and efficiency.
• If you select FedEx Express (2-day or 1-day), please note that Saturday and Sunday do not count as shipping days. An order shipped on Thursday will arrive on Monday. An order shipped on Friday will arrive on Tuesday.

• We ship daily to countries outside the United States. We have shipped to over 40 countries outside the United States.
• You are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs that your government may require. When you place your order, please select either Canada or Outside U.S./Canada as your shipping option.
