When is the download available?
Immediately if your credit card billing information is correct. If there is an error, we will contact you as soon as possible.

How do I download Final Draft?
After you purchase Final Draft, we send you an email with three things: 1. A unique Final Draft customer number registered in your name. 2. A link to download Final Draft to your computer 3. Complete download and installation instructions.

How do I learn to use Final Draft?
Final Draft is not difficult to learn. You can download a 90-page Final Draft Quick Start Guide in PDF format and the entire Final Draft manual with over 300 pages in PDF format. Is there a difference between the download and boxed version of Final Draft?
They are exactly the same.

Does Final Draft work on Windows? Does it work on Mac?
Your Final Draft customer number is valid for both Mac (OS X) and Windows (XP and Vista). When you download Final Draft, you will be prompted to choose either the Windows or the Mac version. And if you write with both, you can certainly download one of each.

How many times can you download Final Draft?
One time with the Academic version and two times with the Full version. If you need to change computers, just remove Final Draft from one computer and you can install Final Draft on your new computer. If your computer is stolen or your hard drive crashes, you can always contact us. We will work with you and Final Draft to make sure that you don't have to purchase it again.

Does the download come with a Money Back Guarantee?
