The initial download will require a user name/password:

User Name: purchaser Password: DV2316

After completion of the download, double-click the file to activate the installation. The installation process will require your program serial number:

PS (insert serial number here)

Please make sure that you input the serial number as given (all letters in capitals). If you need to download the program manual, that is available as a PDF file at the following:
