Refund Policy
We have a 30-day money back guarantee on all our products with the exception of recordable media such as DVDs and audiotapes.
We do charge a 3.5% return fee on software to cover credit card fees that we incur when we charge and credit your card.
We also are unable to refund shipping costs. In the event that you select free shipping you will be issued a full credit minus shipping costs had you selected the cheapest ground shipping method.
DVDs and Audiotapes
These products can be returned opened within 30 days for replacements only due to damage or unplayable conditions. These products can be returned for a full refund if unopened within 30 days.
Software
Software can be returned within 30 days if completely uninstalled from your computer. If you have registered the program, you will be required to contact the manufacturer to unregister the software.
Most major retailers do not allow you to return software under any conditions. We have implemented this policy for our customer's convenience.
Price Guarantee
If you can find a lower advertised price for any of our products, please let us know by e-mailing Price Match.
Send us the URL (the web address) of the product that you have found advertised cheaper. We will attempt to match that price AND offer you free ground shipping.
Please note that when we match these lower prices we are usually unable to offer the free bonus items that come with your order from Screenstyle.
