DOWNLOAD PROCESS

You will get two e-mails from us.

1. The first e-mail is an automatic order confirmation. This e-mail is immediate.

2. The second e-mail contains download instructions and your serial number.

If your credit card information (name, billing address, and CVV code) is correct, then the download e-mail is sent within just a few minutes. Be sure to check all spam folders.

If your information is not absolutely correct (per your credit card company), your credit card IS STILL CHARGED but your download requires us to manually verify the order during our office hours. (M-F 10-6 Sat. 10-2). This only takes a few seconds.

There are a few credit card companies that will not give us instant authorization even though your information may be absolutely correct. If so, we sincerely apologize and will finish your order manually as soon as possible.
