You will receive two e-mails.  The first e-mail is a confirmation of your order.  If there are any mistakes, please tell us immediately.  The second e-mail from us will have your unique software serial number and download instructions.  This second e-mail usually takes between 5 minutes and an hour depending upon your credit card company.  Your credit card information must match exactly what your credit card company has on file for us to process any download order automatically.  Please Note:  Your credit card company may charge your card immediately but may not send us the authorization code if your information does not match.  In this instance, we have to do a manual override to complete your order.  This rarely takes us more than an hour.
